Part 2a - Element of design
1) Calligram - a poem, phrase, or word in which a typeface or handwriting that creates a visual image.
The picture is a mouse the artist made the mouse out of the word mouse.
The picture is of a cat and to draw the cat the artist used the word mamkota.
The picture is of a camera ant to draw the camera the artist used words that described the camera.
2) Pictogram - A pictorial symbol for a word or phrase.
This is a symbol of forever
This is a symbol of the greatest
This is a symbol of the coolest.
Rebus - an illusional device that uses pictures to represent words or parts of words.
The rebus says I'll be back.
The rebus says to bee or not to be.
The rebus says can you see well.
